Introduction (Why I Decided to Do This)

The "i" generation tends to have a certain stigma that follows it. Apparently, this stigma includes the idea that everyone is the same: obsessed with technology and too idealistic. Every generation seems to live their own certain kind of life, whether it be living through an economic crisis, a world war, Elvis Presley, the beginning of Apple, or the Donald Trump election. Because so many different things affect the way each generation lives and makes decisions, it is impossible to group people together solely based off of age and mass percentages. I'm a young girl, living in the Northeast, living a privileged life. I am aware of this, and I am aware that sharing my lifestyle and the things that I decide to try and adventure might not be suitable for everyone's personal situation. This blog is really to help myself make my 2019 NY Resolution come true and be more adventurous and explore. Even if the adventures aren't feasible to you personally, I hope my storytelling and blogging can keep you updated and excited about what is to come next; and maybe even inspire you to do what  I am doing in a way that works for you. I hope to try out a lot of new things, spread some humor, connect with my readers, and not have to fit any standards or boundaries. I hope by the end of 2019 to have grown as a person and (hopefully) be able to express my thoughts and growth to anyone who cares to read it. Welcome to my new year's resolution of 2019. Enjoy the ride my friend;). I will prove to you that my generation does NOT fit one certain checkbox and this is the blog of my lifestyle.
